Bare Minerals Eyeshadow in Nude Beach

I'm totally unfamiliar with Bare Minerals really although many rave about it.  I think the thing that sticks in my mind is that when I've tried mineral make up in the past it's never worked well with my skin type which is pretty oily, leaving me with a shiny finish.  That aside I figured it would be fine to try an eyeshadow from them because the Colour was simply stunning.  There were quite a few I liked but I fell in love with Bare Minerals Eyeshadow in Nude Beach.

The Colour is a nude / sand shade with a lot of ultra fine sparkles.  It almost gives a highlight effect.

Although it's a lose pigment I do find its incredibly easy to work with with virtually no fall out.

I always used MAC Paint Pots underneath my shadows to help it last longer but this is a staple in my make up collection.  You can wear it on its own or apply over a darker shade to lighten it up and get that amazing shimmer it has. It's actually one of those shades that when you apply it it looks like you've used a few colours when it reality it's just the highlighting effect it gives.

The bottom line is... This shadow is a must.  It's not cheap but it will last you a really long time and could easily wear it on a daily basis for a day look or paired with darker shades for a smokey eye.
