Week 65 (aka, last week!) was just a week of pretty much eating what I wanted. At the start of this week was my boyfriend's son's 9th birthday so that meant party food left, right and centre. Now of course if your willpower is amazingly strong you don't have to eat a single thing that you don't want to but the temptation is hard.
I am pleased to say that the end of the fortnight I have lost a pound in these past few days. It's not a lot but it's a step in the right direction and that's what's most important to me.
I'm hoping to carry on heading down the scales again for a bigger loss soon.
